710 Sansome Street is a 23,000 sf brick and timber building located in the historical Jackson square, known as the oldest commercial neighborhood. In recent times there has been a resurgence of restaurants and clubs in the area, breathing new life in to the redbrick neighborhood.
This magnificent building was last renovation in the 1980s by well known San Francisco Architects, Theodore Brown & Associates. The highlight for our team was the restoration of the exterior facade. For years the original brickwork had been obscured by layers of white paint. It took pain staking hours to returned the yellow brickwork to its former ‘Golden Glory’.
The building boast a large glass atrium, glass floors and staircases which induces an environment perfect for creativity.
